So this guy used to like me. He likes anyone who will talk to him. So i made a jokeabout how much he talks to me but he took it to heart. Good right? The annoying guy off my chest? WRONG. First i feel awful so i told him amd now guess who likes me again? How can i nicely get himm to back off. It sucks having the only guy who likes you be the pathetic one.
Yeah that was pretty harsh of me. Here is an example convo: him: hello me: no response i am at dinner him: hellloooooo? Like 2 min after last one. I come back from a 20 min dinner woth 50 texts from him!! He is super nice and we are friends but he only likes me cuz i talk to him

I think you might have a bit of a shallow attitude. But at the same time though, you need to be careful how you treat people. You would treat them the way you want them to treat you right? So just keep that in mind. You may have to be upfront with him and tell him you’re not interested, to leave you alone. If he doesn’t take the hint and continues to bother you, then he is not respecting your boundaries. But listen you really need to be careful what you say about people. Imagine how you would feel if someone said the same thing about you that you’re saying about him.
This guy needs to take the hint. Text him back and tell him that he’s a nice guy and all but your not interested. Tell him direct. If you keep avoiding it he’ll keep texting you and such.
