I am an american citizen and my fiancee is a Mexican citizen. What is a faster way for me to bring him back to the United States? Fiancee visa: bring him here to get married, or get married in Mexico? And if we get married in Mexico, Is it better/faster to apply here or in Mexico?
He was caught the first time he entered but he is already back in Mexico. We do have one child together, I don’t know if that helps our chances though.
