I was on antibiotics for a month because I got a bad case of phnumonia and I had to stop breastfeeding, now that it’s over I am trying to get my son to go back to the breast. He seem to nurse frequently but at times will scream and cry, I will offer him the breast and he rejects it, once I give him the bottle of formula he will drink 3-4 ounces and then will want to nurse. What things can I do to comepletly wean him from the bottle?

Some babies just dont take to the breasts and theres nothing u can do except pumping your milk and feeding it to him in a bottle. At least that way he would be getting the benefits of breastmilk.
this may sound funny but hold the nipple of the bottle to yours and make sure he knows it is there. after he get used to that sneek it of during breastfeeding and he will g to the actual nipple thinking he slipped.
hope i helped
This may help you
Keep offering the breast, keep up your milk supply up in the meantime too. Here’s for increasing a low milk supply if that is the problem
Hi there im a little confused into y would u want your baby back breast feeding most mothers find it hard to wean the child off the breast, as they say breast milk is best for baby with plenty of nutrients etc as well as bonding and so forth, i was unfortunate to not be able to breast feed as i had no milk, midwives told me to persevere after 2 weeks, she lost alot of weight i was unaware of no supply as my baby would never cry she would get sick of sucking and just doze off, my sister inlaw has another child the same age followed by another 2 more she breastfed them and they are forever sick my daughter has been sick twice in 7 years with your common cold so i found the theory of breast feeding is best, is just a…. whatever u wanna call it
