Frequently when people are deported they are given a reentry ban- that means they are not allowed to return to the UK for a certain number of years and any application for visa or permission to enter UK during that time will be denied.A solicitor can give you advice on the best way to get him back to UK. I am not sure it would be possible for him to return anytime soon but there may be some way since the two of you were planning on getting married, etc?
